Red Blueberries

Description

Blueberries are characterized by their abundance of natural pigments (anthocyanins and carotenoids) with antioxidant action. They are rich in vitamin C which also has antioxidant action, like anthocyanins and carotenoids. This vitamin is involved in the formation of collagen, bones and teeth, red blood cells and favors the absorption of iron from food and resistance to infection.
