QUALITY STANDARDS
The global food safety protocol aims to ensure that suppliers meet requirements that guarantee the healthiness of their food. To obtain the highest degree of quality and food safety, TAPIA has designed an exhaustive hazard identification and critical control points (HACCP) plan. This plan includes everything related to the cleaning of facilities and
machinery, control of water use, establishment of disinfestation and deratization systems, microbiological control of products, traceability from when the raw material enters until it leaves as a final product, etc. This plan is rigorously controlled and verified for compliance by TAPIA’s quality managers to ensure the obtaining of final products of the highest quality and health.
