Nuts are an ancient food composed mainly of unsaturated fatty acids that help reduce \u201cbad cholesterol\u201d and increase \u201cgood cholesterol\u201d levels.\r\n\r\nOur almond spreads are made exclusively with Spanish almonds. Almonds grown in Spain have a more balanced and higher lipid index than almonds from other origins such as California.
