ORGANIC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TAPIA is a company certified as an organic industry by the CAAE (Andalusian Committee of Ecological Agriculture).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CAAE is the certification entity specialized in organic production that certifies more hectares in Europe. More than 1.000.000 hectares.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Since 1991, they provide certification and control services for the agri-food sector. The role that CAAE has had in the development of Ecological Production in Spain is undoubted, contributing to the professionalization and valorization of the Certified Ecological Products of our country. They were pioneers in the certification of organic production and in the creation of standards for the development of the sector such as organic aquaculture, or CAAE brand restoration and trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CAAE is authorized by the Competent Authorities of the Autonomous Communities of Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha and Castilla y Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are accredited by the National Accreditation Entity (ENAC) under the UNE-EN-ISO \/ IEC 17065: 2012 standard for the scope of organic production (plant products, animal products, aquaculture), processed products for human and animal food and Global GAP (fruit and vegetables) as set out in the current technical Annex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, they are accredited by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) for the certification activity under the NOP (National Organic Program) standards.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

At TAPIA we are firmly committed to organic products, as the tendency of consumers to consume more and more healthy, natural, environmentally friendly, sustainable and free of harmful chemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ecological vegetable products respect the natural cycles of the crops, avoiding the degradation of the ecosystems. By not exhausting the soil, a chemical fertilizer that contaminates it is not necessary. Some practices favor the natural balance: rotation of crops, association, green manure, hedges … In this way the natural fertility of the soils and the productive capacity of the agrarian system are enhanced. Organic products are obtained by recycling nutrients and composting, which is returned back to the soil.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n\n

Organic products do not incorporate substances or residues that may be harmful to human health or impair their nutritional capacity, such as pesticides, herbicides or insecticides. It is not essential to get quality foods to add synthetic substances during cultivation or conservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diversity is very important for the functioning of an ecosystem, because it allows an optimal use of the different resources available to it, such as soil, water, space or light. However, in current agrarian systems it tends to be simplified, keeping a few species in cultivation.
